The KOTB 2009 district finals are coming next Wednesday. We congratulate BAB players J Kennemur and L5CES player on winning their store finals. We have a great group of blues players here at Burlap and Blues.

Wish these players the best of luck as they continue on their Journey!

This is one of the funniest holidays that there is this month. If there already is not reason to stay away from Seattle, now you have a reason, but you have to collect rocks!

Yesterday morning when I woke up I realized that the summer is coming to and end sooner than I wanted. Our band had a show on Saturday and it was a hot one, but by the time I got up this morning, the newspaper was nicely chilled.

This time of year reminds me of when I took this picture years ago.

It will not be long and we will have snow here.

National Chocolate Milkshake Day. Have one, but ask them to remove the calories. Promise that you will pay even more if they do. If you are in a drive-thru, pay for one for the car behind you. Then see what happens..

Now that the store finals are complete, there are 300 and something left in the competition. As it stands right now 2 BAB'ers are there competing to move on to the next level...
