We had quite the heat wave in the midwest in the past few weeks, thems the blues. Behind again in the reviews and they are stacking up.

These fine gents will be opening up for Warren Haynes at the Finals on Thurs., Sept. 1st at the House of Blues in Hollywood. A tip of the hat to all of the players from this year! Keep digging into the blues... lot of different styles and talent out there!

As far as I know, there are not any people touring with a guitar hero controller making it big touring and having roadies. In fact, I think that the guitar hero games give kids a false sense that playing guitar is excessively easy. Playing a musical instrument takes years of practice to get even at a tolerable level and there are more than 5 buttons on a guitar...

Today is national video game day, so play some video games and have fun. Shoot some space aliens, but leave the guitar hero in the box

How long does it take you to recover from that big gig? Had a big gig this weekend and it seems like it has taken me several days to get back on track? I guess that's what roadies are for!
